Level is looking for a motivated, energetic and hard-working individual to join our small, dynamic team for a contract position to develop and co-lead Level's Black Youth Justice Program. This includes working in tandem with Level’s Senior Program Manager to develop, refine, and manage our Black Youth Justice Program.

Recently, Level’s Social Justice Program Manager, Fatima Ahmed, voiced her concern for commitments to DEI in the legal profession in her newest op-ed, “US pressure is no excuse for the Canadian legal profession to abandon DEI.”
