WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Job Posting: Part-time Executive Assistant, Remote (Canada)
Level is looking for a motivated, energetic and hard-working individual to join our small, dynamic team for a contract position to support Level's Executive Director. This includes working alongside Level’s Program Managers to manage daily operations and special projects.

OVERVIEW
Position: Part-time Executive Assistant
Location: Remote in Canada
Reporting to: Executive Director
Anticipated Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: $30/hour at up to 10 hours a week
ABOUT LEVEL
As a national justice education and human rights charity, Level provides innovative programs for youth, law students, and legal professionals. Our work is deeply rooted in the community and aims to inspire positive change towards equity and justice in people’s lives, communities, and legal systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting primarily to the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Schedule/Calendar coordination
o Manage and coordinate meetings on Executive Director’s calendar
o Proactively identify and resolve meeting conflicts
o Update recurring team meeting agendas
HR and Operations Assistance
o Facilitate onboarding process for new hires and interns including e-mail/account set up, initial meeting set up, and onboarding documents
o Draft policies and procedures documents
o Update and track staff vacation/time-off
o Update and track staff’s software subscriptions
o Prepare Board meeting documents
o Prepare Level promotional material
Project Management
Plan, track, and manage projects and events in Asana including, but not limited to:
o Board meetings
o Program events
o Website updates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
o 3+ years of experience in executive/administrative assistance
o Experience working within the non-profit sector
o Exceptional organizational and personal skills
o Comfort with graphic design and use of Canva
o Strong research and writing skills
o Collaborative and friendly attitude
o Interest in social justice
